Prism Art Space is a creative hub in midtown Sacramento dedicated to experimental, collaborative, and civic-minded art. We provide artists with space, resources, and support to imagine, create, and share visionary projects with the community.
Through exhibitions, performances, and public programming, we foster meaningful dialogue and inclusive art experiences that deepen Sacramento’s identity as an “Arts City.” Our facility includes a storefront gallery, black box multimedia space, four artist studios, and a community room—designed to connect artists and audiences in dynamic ways.

Our mission is to foster interdisciplinary art practice that brings inclusive art experiences to the Sacramento community. We provide a welcoming venue and rigorous creative environment where artists have the tools to freely imagine, experiment, and present visionary projects that might otherwise remain unrealized.

We envision Sacramento as an “Arts City” where art is a fundamental element of civic consciousness and pride.

Our diverse collective of studio artists champions rigorous artistic exploration, skill-sharing, collaboration, and presents accessible exhibitions and public programming.
